Combining education and the not-for-profit sector, he became Director of the International Management Initiative for Vietnam (IMIV), a Clinton Global Initiative social enterprise project within the VinaCapital Foundation to build capacity in management and leadership in Vietnam, before taking up his current role in October 2014.

A former consular warden and Board Member of the British Business Group Vietnam, Tim is married to Kim and has lived in Ho Chi Minh City for over 13 years.
