- Recruit young people who meet our criteria of poverty and need and who are interested in pursuing a career in the hospitality business and who have the right attitude and aptitude.
- Provide training in hospitality skills for which there is a demand and which our young people can quickly acquire.
- Identify employers who need young, trained staff and introduce our project ‘graduates’.
- Monitor the programme so its success can be clearly understood by all and lessons learnt can be shared with others.
