Our children are introduced to us through our Vietnamese partners such as schools, orphanages and local government authorities, including the local Education Departments as well as important community groups such as the Women's Union. We then visit each family at home to assess their poverty level and to choose quickly and efficiently, impartially and objectively, the children in the most need. The children do not need to be clever to be chosen nor do they have to pass any test.
