Leave a Legacy

“After taking care of loved ones, consider saigonchildren in your Will and create the change that will last for generations.”

What is a Legacy Gift?

A legacy gift is a planned future donation to a charity, usually given through a will. It is a decision that each person makes in their own financial planning process. Some make legacy gifts to ensure their memory lives on. For others, it’s a way to facilitate the tax implications that come with the transfer of one’s estate to surviving relatives, or a way to ensure that the causes they care about can continue doing their important work.

Why you should consider a Legacy Gift?

When we look back on the key moments and people in our lives it’s only natural to start to think about the future and how we can leave our mark on the world. We think of our loved ones, our community and we also think about how our impact can reach even further. By choosing to leave a gift in your will, there’s a way to leave something behind for loved ones as well as those that may need it the most.

However large or small, a fixed percentage of your estate or a monetary gift, your decision will make it possible for us to continue saigonchildren’s vital services. We understand that this is a big personal decision, but by taking these small steps now, you will have a big impact for years to come.
