In previous years, the computer room at An Bình site of A Ba Chúc school had about 5-6 usable machines, and the components of the remaining machines were malfunctional and worn out. At An Dinh site of B Ba Chúc school, only half of the used 20 machines gifted by a local internet shop met the necessary requirements of teaching and learning. The remaining point in B Ba Chúc, Thanh Lương, owned 10 machines supported by the former parents and teachers with configurations that are not evenly distributed among about 200 students.
Now, each room is equipped with 16 brand new computer sets and one station computer, along with a high-quality projector. Each set also comes with comfortable headphones. Additionally, other deteriorated facilities such as desks and chairs have been replaced, with funds provided by SABIC and the local government.
Ba Chúc Ward is situated in Tri Tôn District, less than 10km from the Cambodia border, primarily inhabited by the local Khmer ethnic community. These 51 modern computer sets will cater to the students’ needs and enhance the overall educational standards in this region.
