With the theme “Advancing multidisciplinary collaboration in the assessment and intervention for children with neurodevelopmental disorders,” last week, our Special Needs Education Programme (SNEP) team was honoured to be among the research groups selected to present at the conference.

SNEP’s study focuses on training parents of children with neurodevelopmental differences in intervention skills through our free early intervention project. The results show that parents’ intervention skills improved significantly after the training and are closely linked to their children’s developmental progress. Parents also reported a high level of satisfaction, reflecting not only the programme’s professional effectiveness but also underscoring the key role of caregivers in the intervention process.
We’re excited to invite you to read the full research paper (Vietnamese language) here, and share it with anyone who may benefit from learning more about special needs education!
