During 2021 pandemic, many parents are feeling pressured, even overloaded, because they both have to work remotely at home, take care of housework, and have to ensure the care and education of their children. However, from the children’s perspective, it is also important to realize that they may be experiencing an equal amount of stress when they are away from friends and school. Their routines are disrupted, while many children still have to ensure online learning, and most of the children are directly or indirectly affected by the stress resonating from their parents.

Understanding nature, and reforming negative emotions is not an easy skill even for adults, and it is even more difficult for children. Not to mention, children at a young age can’t even name their feelings yet. Parents through this session had the opportunity to be answered to their concerns about care and play with their children, as well as learn from the tips and experiences of the speakers.
