After the groundbreaking ceremony of Xuan Hoa 1 Elementary School in Cu Manh Hamlet (Xuan Hoa Commune, Ke Sach District, Soc Trang Province) last June, REE Corporation continued their social work through the event “Challenge Day” with saigonchildren. On 28 July 2018, members of REE Corporation helped the construction workers pour concrete on the floor at Xuan Hoa 1 School.

The classrooms of the main branch of Xuan Hoa 1 Elementary School was a borrowed and downgraded block, which was dangerous and unsuitable to hold classes. Therefore, all human resources were needed to complete the construction on time for the students to have a safe place to study, as the new school year edged close.
(The classroom was downgraded, aphotic and did not have enough facilities)
Despite the hot weather, REE’s members and their families tried their best to support the construction workers. As a result, more than 300 students of Ke Sach District, Soc Trang Province would be able to study soon in a safe, friendly, and adequate environment.
