What is Charity Cycle Adventure (CCA)?
CCA welcomes a range of enthusiastic cyclists from all over the world who can combine their love of cycling through the spectacular scenery of Vietnam with raising funds for those children and youngsters are less fortunate than themselves. Over the span of 10 years, this event has raised over US$445,000, providing substantial support for the critical work saigonchildren does in Vietnam. We encourage participation from experienced riders and less experienced cyclists as our route is designed to accommodate both groups. Join our group of brave cyclists in raising funds to support disadvantaged children and youngsters in Vietnam get a fairer start in life.
This year we offer riders three options:
Option 1: Three-day ride at Phong Nha – Quang Binh, 20 – 22 November 2020
We will ride for 3 days following a coastal route on day 1. On day 2, we will enjoy spectacular scenery where the movie Kong: Skull Island was filmed. On the final day, we will ride around the spectacular Phong Nha National Park.
Each rider is kindly asked to pay a registration fee of US$490 or US$370 (if budget is a concern and you are prepared to stay in a guesthouse). This fee covers accommodation, meals and a fully equipped cycling support team to lead the navigation of the ride, support in case of breakdown, a nurse and provision of drinks/snacks along the way. It also includes a bus in case you want to shorten the ride due to fatigue/injury.
In addition, and separate to the registration fees, each rider also commits to raise a minimum of US$500 through sponsorship which goes directly to support saigonchildren programmes. (See our online fundraising page)
The ride’s fundraising target does not include the registration fees.

Participants can track their cycling activity with Strava or Garmin application and then synchronise to the event’s platform 42race.com.
All finishers will be awarded with a medal sent to their homes without any extra charge.
Each rider is kindly asked to pay a registration fee of US$14. In addition, and separate to the registration fees, participants who set up a fundraising page on Givelively and raise at least US$200 will receive a 2020 signature cycling jersey.
All benefit from your registration fee and donation will be used to identify the risk and need of each child that we help, and provide the support that needed to get them to continue their education.
